Countdown To Christmas

On the Fourth Day of Christmas, my PT gave to me…. 4 Exercise Sessions a week !

Don’t be too hard on yourself if you can’t make it to the gym 5 times a week. Aim for four exercise sessions a week if you can, these don’t all need to be at the gym - you could try and mix in a home workout or a family bike ride or ball game or yoga etc.

It’s great to be active and you will feel much better for doing so, but also it's important to be realistic about what is achievable for you personally during the busy festive period.

Tom’s Tip: Plan your weekly training/exercise in your diary so that you have allocated time for it, rather than letting it be lower on your list of priorities.
