SUPER SCARY HALLOWEEN WORKOUT

If you are looking for a scary workout for Halloween look no further! Here’s a particularly challenging one for anyone wanting to give it a go this Halloween. The workout is broken down into 3 Supersets; which is where you perform two exercises that target different muscle groups, and you move from one exercise to the next without taking a rest in-between. There are several advantages of doing this, performance is boosted, you will build muscles and endurance, burn fat and shorten your workout time.

So for example, on Superset 1 you would perform 12 x Walking Lunges, followed immediately by as many Press Ups as you can. You would then rest for 1 minute before repeating this for another 3 rounds to make 4 rounds in total.

Superset 1:

A1       WALKING LUNGES                                     4 SETS OF 12

A2       PRESS UPS                                                   4 SETS - MAX EFFORT

REST 1 MINUTE

Superset 2:

B1       ROMANIAN DEADLIFT                                4 SETS OF 12

B2       PULL UPS                                                       4 SETS - MAX EFFORT

REST 1 MINUTE

Superset 3:

C1       3 WAY SHOULDER:                                       3 SETS OF 8

(FRONT RAISE, LAT RAISE & REVERSE FLY)              

C2       DIPS                                                                 3 SETS - MAX EFFORT

REST 1 MINUTE

Finisher:

CV       TREADMILL/STEPPER/BIKE                      40 SECS ON 20 SECS OFF FOR 10 MINUTES
