On the Fifth Day of Christmas, my PT gave to me…. 5 Bits of Fruit & Veg
Aim to eat at least 5 bits of fresh, good quality fruit and vegetables daily. The more vegetables you can get in your diet the better! They contain so many nutrients, vitamins and minerals which will help you function at your very best.
Tom’s Tip: If you can, aim to eat your fruit and vegetables whole rather than having them blended in a smoothie as they retain more of their valuable nutrients this way.
