Tom Johnson Lifestyle was founded in 2017 as a way to offer lifestyle services alongside more traditional personal training exercise sessions. Tom strongly believes that in order to create sustainable changes and form healthy long term habits, an all-encompassing ‘personal coaching’ approach to the clients’ overall lifestyle is vital.

We now live in a fast paced world rarely taking time to slow down. The negative effects this has on the body and mind ranges from burnout, exhaustion and insomnia to name a few. There is more need than ever to prioritise not only our fitness and physical training but our wellbeing too. Attention to specific areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, supplementation and hydration are all fundamental in achieving a healthy lifestyle.

Tom offers a lifestyle consultancy service including Corporate Wellbeing, Gym Consultancy and Nutritional Guidance. Tom is always on hand to offer support, advice and encouragement to his clients and his ultimate aim is to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life both now and for the future.

Corporate Wellbeing

The Workplace Wellbeing scheme offers companies the opportunity to take an extra step in looking after their employee’s health. Every employer depends on having a healthy and productive workforce - valued and supported staff are far more likely to deliver the best outcomes for your business.

As Workplace Wellbeing Coach, Tom will create a bespoke service for your business with a focus on how employees can improve their fitness and lifestyle.

Gym Consultancy

With over 15 years’ experience as a professional athlete, and now as a personal coach, Tom has a wealth of experience surrounding gym design. Tom has trained in top fitness facilities throughout the world and in doing so has gained a valuable insight into what makes a gym space successful and most importantly, functional and enjoyable. He specialises in gym layout consultancy and delivering a bespoke service to suit your needs.

With a highly regarded design team alongside, we can look after the entire process of creating a world class gym, from initial requirements, to gym design and functionality, full equipment specification and kit out, interior aesthetics and installation.

This service is available to all levels of gyms – be it a personal home gym, an office gym space or commercial gyms.

Nutritional Guidance

When nutrition and fitness work in synergy, great things happen – including increasing your energy levels, reducing your body fat % levels and transforming your body shape. After all, as the saying goes - you can’t out-train a bad diet!

Tom will act as your mentor on nutrition, from a basic overview of which small but sustainable changes you can make to clean up your diet, right through to accessing our guided nutritional plans.

Nutrition is a key part of your health overhaul; making informed decisions with your food intake and hydration levels can result in improved physical performance, injury prevention and quicker recovery.
