As you will know we love Wooder Organic Farm which produces the most amazing organic grass-fed beef. We still have some beef left in our deep freeze from our last Wooder Farm order, and so at the weekend, we decided to use one of our brisket joints to create this delicious meal. It was so good and a brilliant recipe to have up your sleeve - ideal for feeding a crowd, and you can leave it in the slow cooker in the morning and come home to a perfect meal.
I served ours with a quick coleslaw and whole grain buns. Simple yet delicious.
